Search for the Dynamical Fluctuations in Multiparticle Production

Using the modified G-moments, which can be defined to suppress statistical fluctuations, we have studied the dynamical fluctuations in the low multiplicity processes produced by 200 A GeV ³²S-nucleus interactions. For two different interaction types, which can be classified as diffractive excitation or inelastic nucleus-nucleus interactions, there are significant dynamical fluctuations which correspond to the interaction types. The intermittent behaviors responsible for the dynamical fluctuations are observed.
