Participation and legal protection of foreign neighbours in nuclear licensing procedures

In the light of existing of planned nuclear power plants close to national borders the author investigates especially the physical area of applicability of the rules and regulations contained in the Atomic Energy Act, the participation of foreign neighbors in licensing procedures, the legal protection offered by administrative courts of law, and the impact on private law of domestic permits under the Atomic Energy Act.
