The proceedings of the winter school on particle physics and cosmology at interface contain many topics in particle physics covering both theoretical and experimental aspects. It also covered many recent developments in this field. The topics covered in this school were very timely since recent data on cosmological experiments as well as high energy experiments were available at the time of the school. In recent years it has been recognised that there is an intimate relation between the cosmological theories and the theory elementary particles giving rise to an emerging field Astro Particle Physics.
