Description
The parallel radon and thoron concentration measurement method was adopted to investigate radon and thoron level in two types of dwellings (The walls are made of soil or soil brick, and red brick respectively) in Xinwen village. The preliminary measurement results indicate that more attention must be paid for the risk of environmental thoron in farmer's dwellings, because the effective dose from thoron daughters almost equals to that of radon daughters in some dwellings with soil wall
