Description

In the result of investigations into long-term strength and ductility of #betta#/#betta#'-MeC (nickel alloy - Nb, WC) directed eutectic the empirical equations of these characteristics in the 1173-1423 K range and 10-104 h durability are obtained. It is shown that at temperatures >= 1273 K the long-term strength of the eutectic essentially exceeds that of the industrial heat resisting ZhS6UN alloy. Activation parameters of fracture are analyzed and temperature ranges in which the euterctic fracture is determined by fracture of matrix or filamentous crystals are stated. Creep curve peculiarities for the directed eutectic are revealed
