On the form of libration band of cryo-vacuum water condensates

Description
Experimental investigation of the form and location of the libration oscillation band for thin films of cryo-vacuum water condensates was made. The splitting of the bans in the process of the sample growth was observed. To explain this splitting we suppose that solid water phase has in-phase proton transfer areas. (author)
