Summary of methods used in rod-bundle thermal-hydraulic analyses
Creators
Description
Three pertinent methods used in rod-bundle thermal-hydraulic analysis are summarized. These methods are: (1) subchannel analysis, (2) porosity and distributed resistance approach, and (3) benchmark rod-bundle thermal-hydraulic analysis using boundary fitted coordinate system. Assumptions employed and shortcomings in each of these methods are clearly delineated
