The survey lists all incidents reported in the year 1990, which are analysed and broken down for the statistics according to: Reporting category, plant process conditions and type of occurrence, systems affected, type of occurrence related to state of operation, effects on plant operation, causes and components, and types of incident management. An additional survey has been prepared for the fourth quarter of 1990, listing reportable incidents in the nuclear power plants of the five new Federal German states. (orig./HP)

Abstract (German)

Der Bericht enthaelt eine vollstaendige Liste aller 1990 gemeldeten Besonderen Vorkommnisse. Die Analyse umfasst eine Aufschluesselung der Vorkommnisse nach Kategorien, Betriebszustaenden und Art des Auftretens, nach Systemen, nach Art des Auftretens in Abhaengigkeit vom Anlagenzustand, nach ihren Auswirkungen auf den Betrieb, nach Ursachen und Anlagenteilen sowie nach Art der Behebung. Ergaenzend wurden die gemeldeten aussergewoehnlichen Ereignisse aus den Kernkraftwerken der fuenf neuen Bundeslaender fuer das IV. Quartal 1990 aufgenommen. (orig./HP)
