Nanosecond-pulse analog-to-digital converter

Description

The module of charge-digital converter, designed to measure the amplitudes and duration of pulses in nanosecond range, has been described. The module has eight identical channels with the 10 bits memory in each one. The converter sensitivity is equal to 0.1-0.4 pC/count. The maximum amplitude of the input signals is 1V, the polarity is negative. The module is realized according to the ''Vector'' standards. The electronic circuits are described and the measurement results of the converter parameters are listed
