Description
Problem of determining energy spectrum of electron, bound by magnetic field perpendicular to interface, is solved. It was found, that energy spectrum of bound electron, represented a set of hydrogen-like series under each Landau level. Electron is localized at the distance of tens of lattice constants from interface. This is a convincing reason for realistic character of the chosen model of potential
