Symplectic Sp(6,R) model and electromagnetic properties of heavy nuclei
Creators
Description
Within the framework of the Sp (6, R) symplectic collective model the electromagnetic properties of heavy deformed nuclei are investigated. By the algebraic method the formula for a matrix element of the electric quadrupole moment is derived and the reduced E2-transition probabilities for 150Nd, 156Dy, 181W nuclei are calcUlated both inside the rotation bands with various K and between them
