Determination of qualitative parameters of grains and pores in uranium dioxide
Description
The method for determining the size parameters of grains, porosity and voids distribution in size for uranium dioxide is described. The method includes polished section preparation, image formation and its digital processing. Using the method proposed the quantitative characteristics of grains and pores for the WWER-440 and WWER-1000 reactor nonirradiated fuel are obtained
