Description

The bracelet dosemeters, containing two thermoluminescent detectors of LiF: Mg, Ti with natural Li, have been realized for the discrimination of the beta and gamma contribution from mixed fields in personnel dosimetry. These dosemeters were used for the estimation of the partial contribution of a mixed electron and photon field resulting from a 7 MeV electron beam. The beam was generated by the 7 MeV NILPRP-Bucharest linear accelerator. The results showed that these dosemeters can be used also for mixed fields of high energy. Their use can be extended to the dosimetry of intense, high energy electron and Bremsstrahlung beams obtained at accelerators. (authors)
