Transplant and introduction of the COBRA3C/MIT-2 computer program

Description
The primary feature, capability and physical models of the COBRS3C/MIT-2 program and the correction to some mistakes of the original program are described. Comparisions between experimental data and results calculated by the COBRA3C/MIT-2 and other subchannel analysis programs have been carried out. It shows they are in good agreement with each other
