Description
NaCl pure crystals irradiated by γ quanta up to doses of 105-107 rad and subjected to simultaneous effect of deformation and light have been investigated. It is shown that the dislocation and photo-stimulated electron emission increases with the irradiation dose. Charge accumulation at deformation is two-stage one with sign inversion. The illumination decreases the absolute charge value and moves aside the inversion point. The intensity growth of electron emission is related not to extremum values of surface charges but with the velocity of their variations
