Description
Methods are developed and investigations into separate stages of photoactivation of oxygen, adsorbed on ZnO are conducted. Spectral and kinetic peculiarities of gas phase photoactivated isotopic exchange reaction with oxide oxygen are investigated using mass-spectrometric, thermodesorption and luminescence methods. Photoisotopic exchange includes photoactivated stages of center generation (1), adsorbed oxygen desorption (2) and structural oxygen diffusion (3), a specific spectral area of efficiency being typical for each of the stages. The highest efficiency of stage (1) is beyond the longwave edge of intrinsic absorption, (2) - in the exiton area and (3) - at the edge of oxide intrinsic absorption. The process dynamic model is proposed, in which a specific form of photoadsorbed oxygen serves as the reaction intermediate
