Diffraction of electrons with characteristic energy losses in a crystal in the case of excitation of systematic reflections

Description
For investigating multibeam diffraction of electrons which are inelastically scattered on the inner shells of the crystal atoms the variation of the intensity in transmitted and diffracted beams was simulated. It was demonstrated that peculiarities of dynamical diffraction for electrons with characteristic energy losses are identical to that for elastic scattered electrons

Для исследования многолучевых дифракционных эффектов в случае электронов, неупругорассеянных на внутренних оболочках атомов кристалла, выполнено моделирование толщинных профилей интенсивности прошедшего и дифрагированного пучков.
