Experimental research of C-P liquid phase IRMA with two labeled antibodies

Description
The serum C-P liquid phase immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) with tow labeled anti-bodies was developed, using two high specific C-P McAb strains labeled with 125I and FITC respectively and Anti-FITC Ab coupled to magnetic particles added during reaction process as separate reagent. Result showed that C-P standard curve range was 0. 12544.0 pmol/mL, sensitivity-0.06 pmol/mL; CV's of within-run and between-run-5.6% and 8.7% respectively; the recovery rate was 92.1%-96.0%; cross-reactivity with insulin-zero. Result suggested that C-P IRMA we developed is simple and quick. This kind of IRMA could provide higher specificity for detection of peptides for future. (authors)
