Magnetic Resonance Angiography in evaluation of blood flow in renal transplant vessels

Description

The aim of this study is comparison of 3 magnetic resonance angiographic sequences (FLASH 2D TOF, FLASH 2D TOF TRAV SAT, FISP 3D TOF) in evaluation of blood flow in renal transplant vessels. 18 patients were investigated. Authors stress the advantages and drawback of particular sequences, possible pit-falls in interpretation of obtained angiographic images. Indications for appropriate sequences in different clinical situations are presented. (author)
