The method of preparation of vanadyl pyrophosphate
Description
Description is being given to the method for preparation of vanadyl pyrophosphate (VO)2P2O7 by interaction of V2O5 or NH4VO3 with phosphoric acid at 220-300 deg C in the presence of hydroxylamine or its salts at molar ratio V:H3PO4:NH2OH=1:(1.0-1.1):(1.0-1.1). The method enables to prepare (VO)2P2O7 with 96-100 % yield and reduce the period of its preparation down to 1-4 h, as well as to simplify the process due to exclusion of calcination in inert gas flow. 1 tab
