Description
Electrophysical characteristics of ternary solid solutions on the basis of zirconium dioxide using samples produced of mixtures melted in a high-frequency furnace are investigated. Measurement of transfer numbers are made using an installation with differential measurement of ion constituent in the medium of air and argon. It has been established that with the increase of neodymium and cerium content, which partially substitute for yttrium, the value of ionic conductivity of solutions studied decreases and part of electronic constituent increases. Ion transfer numbers practically do not depend on the temperature
