Description
The paper describes a charges-particle energy analyser with a two-electrode system, a dispersion element and an outlet diaphragm. With a view to give more effective suppression of secondary electrons at the analyser outlet, the outlet diaphragm is located inside the dispersion element in the range of action of the deflecting field.
