Zirconium tetraiodide dissociation in plasma
Description
Experimental and theoretical investigation of ZrI4 dissociation in plasma has shown, that in heterogeneous plasmochemical systems nonequilibrium arrangement of gas discharge process, as well as effects related to the difference in reagent diffusion coefficients, determine much higher rates of zirconium deposition, thant the one in the process of iodide refining
