Description

Temperature dependences of PbSe, Pb0.93Sn0.07Se and Hg0.80Cd0.20Tc monocrystal thermal conductivity were investigated within 200-800 K interval and thermal conductivity concentrational dependence in Pb1-xSnxSe solid solutions was investigated in the region of 0.00≤x≤0.30 at indoor temperature. It was shown, that PbSe, Pb0.93Sn0.07Se and Hg0.80Cd0.20Tl thermal conductivity up to 548, 563 and 600 K decreases respectively according to the law, close to T-1, which confirms the conclusion, that the phonon lattice scattering prevails in Pb1-xSnSe and Hg1-xCdxTe solid solutions within 200-600 K interval
