Certification of the techniques of mass-spectrometric analysis of solid high-purity substances with incomplete metrological support

  • 1. Inst. Khimii Vysokochistykh Veshchestv, RAN, N. Novgorod (Russian Federation)

Description

The different approaches to the development of the program for certification of the techniques-of mass-spectrometric analysis of solid substances with availability and absence of metrological support are considered. The method is developed to estimate the limit of the absolute value of an error with unknown coefficients for the relative sensitivity using the analytical archives. A simple technique for the express control of the validity is suggested based on the value of the confidence interval of the experimental results which takes into account the error in certification of a standard sample.
