Effect of crystallization rate on phase composition of Te biphase alloy with Bi2Te3. Supersaturation of eutectic alloy with increase of crystallization rate tends to limiting value due to two simultaneously occurring processes that is supercooling of phase crystallization front at crystallization and diffusion at solid bar cooling
