Measurements of neutron emission cross sections for Al, Cu and Pb at 14.6 MeV neutron energy

Description
Neutron emission cross sections for Al, Cu and Pb have been measured at several angles in 3-14 MeV energy range. Energies of emitted neutrons have been measured using time-of-flight technique based on the associated particle method. The present results have been compared with reported measurements. The observed structure in the emitted neutron spectra has been discussed in terms of nuclear structure. (author)
