Diffusion of Cu in CdTe

Description
A deviation from stoichiometry does not influence the process of Cu diffusion in CdTe crystal lattice within the range of 250 to 480 deg C. A high rate of Cu diffusion and low activation energy of the process gives evidence of a preferentially interstitial character of the process
