Radiographic dosemeter

The radiographic dosemeter comprising the substrate with applied layer of unstable polymorphous modification of the element of the 5-th group of the Periodic system is described. With the purpose of increasing the sensitivity to the radiation dose, the dosemeter is provided with the layer of fine-dispersive stable polymorphous modification placed between the substrate and the layer of unstable polymorphous modification. The layer from unstable polymorphous modifications is affected by particle flux. Under their effect the phase transition from unstable polymorphous modifications into the stable modification of the same element occurs. But due to the layer from fine-dispersed finite polymorphous modification the phase transition (under the same thermodynamic conditions) is speeded up
