The production of the Bc (bar Bc) meson through Z0 boson decay
Description
Based on the most important hard production mechanism, the production rate of Bc (or bar Bc) mesons accompanied by one c (or bar c) and one bar b (or b) heavy quark jet through Z0 decay is computed. The authors point out that a large amount of events with one Bc or bar Bc meson will be accumulated in the next LEP run, making it possible to study the properties of Bc or bar Bc mesons through Z0 decay experimentally. 7 refs., 1 fig., 1 tab
