Correction factors for coaxial Ge(Li) detectors

Description
The finite solid-angle correction factors Q2,4 were determined by scanning a coaxial Ge(Li) detector with a collimated gamma-ray beam. Dimensions of the detector active volume were calculated. The dimensions obtained from experimental values are compared with dimensions of the detector supplied by the manufacturer. (author) 3 figs., 3 tabs., 9 refs
