Description
Short-wave solitons which are generated on a potential ion-cyclotron branch of oscillations as a result of nonlinear effect of HF diamagnetism and which are localized transverse to the external magnetic field are found. The specific size of solitons is less than Larmor ion radius, and velocity is less than thermal ion velocity
