Description
The molybdate-PCeCl nanocomposite was prepared utilizing several factors such as pH contact time and initial concentration, and it was then described using FTIR, XRD, SEM, and EDX mapping. Column dimensions, Mo(VI) feed solution concentration, and other variables influencing 99mTc(VII) elution, such as column dimensions, PCeCl nanocomposite quantity, and eluate flow rate, were explored to prepare the 99Mo/99mTc generator. The radiochemical, radionuclidic, and chemical purity of eluted 99mTc was studied, and its suitability for medical use was determined. The chemisorption process occurs between Mo(VI) ions and the PCeCl nanocomposite, and the adsorption results are consistent with the Langmuir isotherm, with a monolayer adsorption capacity of 93.55 mg g-1.
