Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident that occurred in the 4th unit in 26 April 1986, Kiev, Ukraine was the most terrible accident in the history. It effected mostly the people living in former Soviet Union. The people living in the Northern Hemisphere was mostly effected radiation doses at different levels. Our country also effected from the accident like as to the European countries. After the accident, 100.000 times measurements was held to solve the psychological and the social problems to decrease economical losses in Turkey.These measurements have been evaluated and reported. This first report of the seven is the re-publishing of Turkish Atomic Energy Authority report dated 1998 for the purpose of public information
