Scattering and reactions in a four-nucleon system within the framework of K-matrix formalism

Description

The multichannel K-matrix formalism is used to study the binary processes in four-nucleon systems. The K-matrix elements are approximated by Feynman diagrams corresponding to the one- and two- nucleon exchange mechanism. Calculations of differential cross sections for elastic and inelastic scatterings were provided in the MeV range for some NN potentials. In detail some nuclear reactions: 3He(p,p)3He, 3H(p,p)3H, 3H(p,n)3He, D(d,p)3H, D(d,d)D are considered. It is concluded that the theoretical data are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data
