An unusual case of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome involving treatment with radiotherapy
Description
A patient is described who was thought to have the Nevoid Basal Cell Carcinoma Syndrome and who developed multiple squamous carcinomas of the skin. The patient later presented with two mucosal squamous carcinomas of the oropharynx and post-cricoid regions. 5 refs.; 2 tabs
