Preparation of pure Ta and Nb through the scrubbing

Description
It is analysed the Ta/Nb separation by the scrubbing of solutions with the oxides of the two elements. It was used MIBK as organic solvent. A process flowsheet is presented as a final result. (Author)

E analisada a separacao do Ta e NB por meio da reextracao seletiva, utilizando-se solucoes contendo os oxidos dos dois elementos. O solvente organico empregado foi a metilisobutilcetona (MIBK).
