Description
This document provides the software requirements for a computer code to perform point kinetics-based simulations of nuclear reactor transients. These requirements address all aspects of code development and use, including input and output parameters and structure, software capabilities, and supporting documentation. This software is intended to replace the existing point kinetics code TREKIN, which is currently used for the analysis of the Transient Reactor Test Facility (TREAT).
