Comments on energy policy in the European Communities

Description

The author presents his view of the world energy scene and in particular the policies of the EEC and the United States. The future role of fossil fuels as an energy source is examined and the author concludes that fast breeder reactor technology must be developed further to provide an alternative to the dwindling fossil fuel resources.
