Study of electric contact of YBa2Cu3O7 with some semiconductors

Description
S/123 electric contacts, where S are Pb0.8Sn0.2Te, GeTe, Cu2-xSe, Bi and Sb semiconductors, are fabricated. Tablets of substance S with built in 123 (YBa2Cu3O7) samples were produced, using powder pressing. Electric conductivity measurements show that contacts of high quality with reproducible properties are obtained. Principle possiblity of manufacturing semiconductor - high temperature superconductor contacts with non-linear resistive properties is indicated
