Heavy Flavor Physics at ATLAS and CMS

  • 1. Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM 87131 (United States)

Description

Recent results on heavy flavor physics using data from the ATLAS and CMS detectors are presented. The searches for new physics signatures in CP violation of Bs0Bs0¯ mixing and in B0→K⁎0μ+μ− decays are discussed. The bottomonium and open-b production results obtained from pp collisions at LHC are shown. The results are based on data samples containing μ+μ− pairs collected with the ATLAS or CMS detectors by their corresponding muon trigger systems
