Study of interaction in the Li2O-TeO2 system

Description
Methods of differential thermal, X-ray phase analyses, vibrational spectroscopy (IR and Raman spectroscopy) and polythermal resistometry were used to study interaction in Li2O-TeO2 system in 30-50 mol% TeO2 concentration range. Li4TeO4 compound forms according to peritectic scheme at 1260±5 deg C. Parameters of rhombic lattice cell are equal to: a = 7.780, b = 6.068, c = 7.421 A, Z = 4, ρcalc = 4.30 g/cm3, ρmeas = 4.30 g/cm3
