Equilibrium and circular rotation of a relativistic toroidal plasma

The expression given by A.H. Taub to the tensor Hsub(μ,ν) and the axisymmetry around the Z-axis show that the magnetic field and the pressure of an equilibrium plasma depend on the same function F of two variables; the function F is solution of a differential equation. En utilisant la forme donnee par A.H. Taub au tenseur Hsub(μ,ν) et la symetrie de revolution autour d'un axe Z, on montre que le champ magnetique et la pression decrivant un plasma en equilibre, dependent d'une meme fonction F, de deux variables; la fonction F est solution d'une equation differentielle.
