Cylinder-type bottom reflector
Description
Proposal of a bottom reflector for gas-cooled nuclear reactor plants with a pebble bed of spherical fuel elements, where the horizontal forces acting from the core and the bottom reflector upon the side reflector are equally distributed. This is attained by the upper edge of the bottom reflector being placed levelly and by the angle of inclination of the recesses varying. (orig.)

Es soll ein Bodenreflektor fuer gasgekuehlte Kernreaktoranlagen mit einer Schuettung kugelfoermiger Brennelemente vorgeschlagen werden, bei dem die aus dem Core und dem Bodenreflektor auf den Seitenreflektor wirkenden horizontalen Kraefte gleichmaessig verteilt werden. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die obere Kante des Bodenreflektors in einer Ebene liegt und der Neigungswinkel α der Ausnehmungen variiert. (orig.)Files
