Description
A two-dimensional euclidean Dirac operator describing the interaction of fermions with a random magnetic field is presented. For a gaussian disorder, the problem becomes equivalent to a one-dimensional classical diffusion in a random medium. This analogy is used to obtain an explicit formula for the averaged density of states which displays an enhancement at low energy as compared to the free theory. (orig.)
