Description
The main processes involved in the manufacture of powders are described in accordance with the definition of the types of powder used for thermal spraying (matrix, solid material and coating of agglomerated powder compound). Depending on the methods of manufacture involved spraying powders can be manufactured to meet various requirements one of the most common of which is that the individual grains of the powder should be spherical in shape. Nach Definition der Pulverarten zum thermischen Spritzen (Matrix-, Hartstoff- und - umhuellte bzw. agglomerierte - Verbundpulver) werden die wichtigsten Verfahren der Pulvererzeugung beschrieben. Je nach Herstellmethode lassen sich Spritzpulver verschiedener Anforderungen gewinnen, wobei haeufig kugelfoermige Teilchen verlangt werden. (orig.)Additional details
