Analysis of stability of semiconductor 5-component solid solutions of A3B5 compounds

Description
With the use of the regular solutions model the expressions have been derived for calculation of boundaries of spinodal decomposition region as applied to five-component solid solutions of A3B5 compounds. The evaluation has been made of fields of stability for Alx1Gax2In1-x1-x2PyAs1-y solid solution
