Information about influence of the Bohunice NPP on the environment

In this report results of radiation monitoring of Bohunice NPP are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within January 2023 were: 0.093 MBq of aerosols, 0.004 MBq of Iodine 131, 0.357 TBq of rare gases, 1365.32 GBq of Tritium and 1.674 MBq of other radionuclides. For the period January - January 2023 these radioactive effluents into atmosphere represented 0.09 MBq of aerosols (0.0001% of annually limit), 0.004 MBq of Iodine 131 (0.00001% of annually limit), 0.36 TBq of rare gases (0.018% of annually limit), 1365 GBq of Tritium (6.83% of annually limit), 1.67 MBq of other radionuclides (0.01% of annually limit). Dose equivalent rates for the villages in surroundings of the Bohunice NPP in January 2023 are published. No limits set up by regulatory bodies were exceeded.
