Structural and dynamic study of aqueous cluster of Cs+

Description

Cs+-24H2O cluster is studied by the methods of computer modelling. Ion-water interaction potential is proposed. Structural, energy and dynamic characteristics of the clusters under investigation are obtained and the results are compared with earlier investigated clusters of Na+ and K+ ions. The impact of ion size on its hydration characteristics is discussed
