Stress-induced ordering of self-interstitial clusters in Al and Cu
- 1. Kernforschungsanlage Juelich G.m.b.H. (Germany, F.R.). Inst. fuer Festkoerperforschung
Description
The authors have studied several anelastic processes due to the stress-induced reorientation of small self-interstitial clusters in Al using both internal friction and elastic after-effect techniques. The clusters were formed during the annealing of low-temperature, electron irradiated single-crystal samples. (Auth.)
